I had some very good memories of that place. My aunt lives in Detroit. I never knew it was closed. I was telling my wife I wanted to go back there and take the kids on over into Canada. That was to be the second or third trip we took as a vaction after I get my settlement on my back injury(so a couple years). I hope the garden is still there. I am a plant and fish nut so I loved the place. One good memory I have from there is my mother got pooped on by a sea gull which is not the funniest part. My sister, who was hit by a car when she was 8 and does not always think just right, got mad and cried about the attention my mother was getting. It took us until late that night to figure out why she was mad. She was mad because she did not get pooped on.

Thanks for the article,
John
