I don't usually have any problems except with really large specimens. My
sample size is pretty small, but I've had that trouble with campos on a
few occasions. The fish are always in a mixed community type tank with
other fishes from the same area and the majority of them feed very
vigorously.

I blip back and forth between Norman and Lake Texoma. I have done a
little bit of sampling-in-I-35 and have picked up ~24 species there one
day. Bill Matthews basically told us all to stay out of there due to
issues with Notropis giradi (federally endangered minnow). Thus we
haven't collected down there for a while.
