So true. The only bees native to the Americas are
stingless and nearly all are solitary. BUT nearly all
our food crops are non natives as well. This is where
we get the conflict in having to have non native
species here which do out compete the stingless bees
for food. BTW bees are not wasp as these are in
different classes.
