I was thinking it might have the same effect as deer
hunting. By killing off only the big buck from minium
rack sizes it only took a few years till you did not
find any large bucks. I believe limits and not size
should be used for all fish.

About cars/trucks, I have a Plymouth neon we drive
every where and a full sized van for family trips and
when the larger vehicle is needed. So I have a car
that gets 34 MPG and a van that gets 9 MPG. I do hope
to replace that van with a full sized SUV in the near
future as the newer ones get alot better gas mileage.
