I am still hanging around in northeastern NC, I have just moved around alot
in the last year or so (military thing) and will probably be moving one more
time this year but hopefully into my own house this time. I still want to
join up again since it has been like 7 or 8 years I think since I was last a
member, maybe longer than that. When I am done with all this moving I will
again join, not a good reason but a good excuse for now.

I am not sure what you mean by a permit, to the best of my knowledge you
only have to have a state fishing license to collect. If that is what you
are refering to I maintain a sportsman hunting and fishing license and could
possible attend the gathering.

I tried to post this from work but for some reason it didn't show up. I hope
this one does, but just in case I will BCC Chip on it.
