Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. They probably won't be able to get
him for importation or anything other than possession and if he is nice the
Judge may even let him off. The first office should have been very clear
and written him a warning or-in-a minimum told him where to find the new
law.

On another note Maine is proud to report it stocked it's lakes and rivers
with over 1 million fish last year. I wonder how many of those are native
fishes.....
