I don't know if this will help you, but there are a couple inexpensive
good full-spectrum F32T8 bulbs: Philips - F32T8/TL850, GE - F32T8/SPX50,
Sylvania - FO32T8 OCTRON 5000K which all can be had for around $5 - $8 a
tube. I can't help you with where to buy them locally, but some people
have had luck finding them-in-Home Depot or Lowe's.
