sounds right to me. My panties are still in a bunch, but-in-least now I
think I understand just a little bit how they got that way. It's not
the fact that he is distributing an endangered fish. It's not the fact
that he is trying to make money off of an endangered fish. It's not
that he is doing something illegal. It's his sales tactics that grate
on my nerves. That makes sense to me! Thanks. Mystery solved. (Is
that why they call you the mysteryman?)

Well, if I may be so bold, methinks the main reason this sturgeon has
everyone's panties in a knot is the way the seller made his pitch.
Instead of just quietly offering the fish for sale, he had to go and
make a big point about how the fish was endangered and illegal but that
it couldn't stop him on account of his expert smuggling skills.
