Just a quick comment....I think larger fatheads can often be "messy" to feed
to larger fish, and seem to pollute the tank quickly... and be susceptible
to temperature changes and fungus.

They also seem to freak out and wedge themselves under rocks when threatened
and sometimes die there. I have had this happen and had not been able to
find the body until it was a blob of slime!

Though being tank raised, may offer a cleaner situation and smaller fish
than the kind found in the bait shops.

I am just speaking through an experience I had when I used to get a healthy
dozen or so-in-a bait shop and feed some small bass and sunfish in a 90
gallon aquarium. I'm sure others have had better results and experience.
Just thought I'd share this note.
