My off-the-cuff response is that it wouldn't be possible/practical. You'd need either cold or pressure to condense the water vapor that you've evaporated. If you've got a source of cold, you use that to chill the tank directly rather than condensing the vapor. Creating pressure takes energy (and creates heat), so probably wouldn't fly, either.
