I thought you might like to know that next week Dr. Gerald Smith will be
presenting the following:

Michigan Fishes

Dr. Gerald Smith, professor emeritus, Dept. of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology
and Museum of Zoology, University of Michigan

Dr. Smith is a leading authority on Great Lakes fishes. He will be discussing
the diversity of fishes in the Great Lakes region and how his vast knowledge
resulted in two new books: 'An Atlas of Michigan Fishes' and 'Fishes of the
Great Lakes Region'.

Date: Tuesday October 11, 2005
Time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Location: Room 2009 Alexander G. Ruthven Museums Bldg. (enter at loading dock)
