It is actually perfect collecting weather because the fish don't mind cool
and wet :)

I would love to go but will pay a horrible penance next week if I use the
free time this weekend for anything else but working on my project or
homework. Let me
know if you need any pointers where to head. I should be able to respond by
Sunday morning, but it may be late Sat night.

But the tank is moved! So at least that's out of the way now, and the fish
are enjoying the 15 less degrees F, in spite of the slightly increased
turbidity. Mud layer was still nice and humus smelling... No sulfides
whatsoever. Grabbed some pics of some of the bigger animals too. I can't
believe how much the suckers have grown. Hopefully they turn out, because i
didn't want to handle them for too long after all of that stress. We'll see
tomorrow. I forgot to bring my camera home :)

Subject: NANFA-L-- Ohio Collecting

Hello List --

This weekend, in my corner of Ohio, it is supposed to be in the low 50's and
rainy. Perfect collecting weather! :-D

Heheh, I figure from here on out, it's only going to get worse until about
April! I've just finished two major projects here, and desperately need to
get out of the house. . . . As such, I'm going to do a little collecting
locally, though I haven't quite decided where.... Probably Dayton/Columbus
area depending on who I can talk into going. :) Probably Sunday, since
Saturday's supposed to be a little cooler and rainier.

Anyone else local and want to try to catch hypothermia, and/or fish? Drop
me an e-mail back, or ring my cellular -- 301 775 9941. Note that since
taking my old phone into a stream with me, I've had to repalce it with a
cheap model that doesn't work really well... leave a message.
