Ah, therein lies the problem. The proposed changes are very lengthy and
technical. I tried to read the actual text but quickly got bogged down in
minutiae. It would take a week of careful reading to make any sense of it. Of
course, every group on the net offers their own helpful "analysis" of the
proposal, with their own slant on it.
