NANFA-- "damnbusia!"

Just got this note from Peter Unmack...

Damnbusia [a demeaning version of the name Gambusia, used to describe exotic
populations of the native-eating mosquitofish] has finally made it to the big
time! The journal Science (vol 285, 17 Sept, 1999) actually used the term in a
series of articles on biological invasions (although they spelt it damnboosia).
