Never found a mouse in my pond but, I did find a cat once, a young kitten
that the Channa couldn't swallow whole, pieces of the poor thing were
missing. C asiatic will eat anything and can be found in most Japanese
rivers and lakes. This is another introduced fish that have done too well.
