ive pulled out about another dozen of the probable longear / redbreast
hybrids from my cement pond. ( im using a minnow trap ) they are very
healthy, well marked and colorful for a sunnie and about 2.5" long.
ive sent out 3 shipments so far. nearly all arrived healthy. tiny sunnies
spines can puncture a bag i have found! i double bagged them to prevent
leakage and out of 36 shipped only 2 or 3 did not make it. pretty good odds.
if anyone is interested in these i can ship about 6 to them if you will cover
my priority postage expense of about 10 bucks. im using bg's reccomended
technique of styro sheeting lining of the po's priority boxes. it works
great.
let me know if your interested...
