I don't know if anyone from Iowa is on the list.

Here in Wisconsin, they sort of outline it in the regulations and the WDNR
website. Not sure if Iowa does the same, or has similar regulations.

Here is Wisconsin in a nutshell. Any fish caught legally, can be kept, but
count towards your bag/possesion limit. Not a big deal if you are interested
in bait fish, but could impact your descision if it is game species.
