Travis,

The funding fell through and the project's been scrapped. However, I spoke with
the editor at University of Wisconsin Press a few weeks back and she said that
a) maybe there will be an extremely small (read: expensive) press run some time
this year, and b) the entire text of the book may be up on the Wisconsin Sea
Grant website. I have not been able to confirm the latter.

This book was originally intended to be published with the Becker reprint as an
addendum. When the funding fell through, the addendum was published as a
stand-alone volume. (I believe a couple of autographed copies will be available
at the NANFA auction next week.)

If and when I find out more, I'll let you know.
