Hummmmm...dead carp...that sounds like a good thing to me....especially if no
natives are affected!

Did you notice any holes in them? Bow fishermen can sometimes shoot lots of
carp and are known for just leaving them either along the shore or in the
shallows. Aside from that, I don't know of any carp-specific diseases.
Hummmm...I see dollar signs here!
