Check this out... In some counties in Southern Ohio, there are those who
have no public solid waste removal service. As to whether or not it is
available to them, I don't know, however, I have been told by wildlife
officials that those who have not the waste collection services, that they
use the local stream for a dumping ground! >>
My cousin has that problem too. he reports them and pursues prosecution with
much vigor.
