It would probably be more cost effective to scoop it up yourself and
compost it with sawdust in an out of the way place on the property.
Years ago a remember this product called "Doggie Dooley" which was
essentially a scoop for collecting it and a small hatch with a rim that
you set into the ground over a small pit you dig yourself. And there was
also an enzyme that came with the kit to aid in breaking the stuff down.
