NANFA-- Collecting in North Carolina

Hi all!

I will go to Raleigh, North Carolina on a business
trip from Sweden next week. I will arrive on saturday
evening on the 24:th, but only be busy with work on
wednesday and thursday the following week. So I have a
couple of days free for sightseeing and looking around
before I go back to Sweden the next saturday.

If possible, I would very much like to do some "fish
sightseeing" and visit a good collecting spot or two.
Does anyone have suggestions on where to collect, what
species I could find and what permits I need to do it?

Any information on this or other interesting things to
see in NC would be appreciated.

Best regards
