AFS has offered to adjust the cost of my order to to compensate for my
trouble and the missed delivery date. I think their offer was more than I
could have hoped for and was pleasantly surprised they did anything.
If they do as they say, they appear to be very concerned about the issue and
are making real effort at protecting their reputation. Once I spoke with
Karen Maggi there, quick and decisive things were done.
