Wow, seems like you don't really like Pygmy Sunfish. I don't worry about
what I feed mine because mine like in a small uncovered 4g white tub. I just
sprinkle some crushed Cichlid flake over the surface and push it down with
my fingers so it sinks. Then about 2 hours later I feed them a small amount
of a mix of baby and adult brine.

They seem to eat it and I only do water changes every 2 weeks on and don't
get too much waste from the bottom.
