You're a trouble maker Norm, I only cook free range chicken. I don't
understand why the farmer objects! He put his dog on me last time I went
chicken collecting. Actually I think it's egg producing chickens that are
done like that, still factory farming is not exactly old McDonald. You should
see how they treat pigs at the pig farms around here. It's bad enough for the
pigs but the effluent is consistently being released into the environment. On
the other hand I really did grow up raising our own meat (damn pigs almost
ate me once!) even though the end result was dead meat somehow they way we
raised them at least seemed more humane.
