Great! I was just talking about this plant and forgot it's name in the
Elassoma post, now I remember the name. I keep Nitella with all of my
Natives. I mix it in with Java Moss, great combo. In one tank it is kept in
pH of 7.0 and in another 6.3. Seems to work great in both those conditions.
Grows just as fast as my Java Moss. I'm not sure which kind of Nitella I
have but I know that mine works great down to a pH of 6.3.
