I agree - it is also confusing that Heterandria formosa is given the same
common name, althought the ALA recommends the name "Least Killifish" for H.
formosa, but who wants to use THAT? The reason ALA uses "Least killifish"
is BECAUSE the name "Mosquito fish" is already "attached' to Gambusia
afinnis & G. holbrooki.

I prefer "Mosquito fish" for H. formosa becasuse the little darlings are
about the size of a mosquito!
