No, I don't have it, but TPWD may if you contact them (www.tpwd.state.tx.us).
No, the pool area isn't run as an amusement park anymore and Ralph the
swimming pig is long gone. Actually, that area is now owned by Southwest
Texas State University and held for research into the endangered species (six
I think) that live there. The woman mentioned in the article the researcher
who does prawns studies there. Its mostly closed to the public, though we
have a fly fishing show there every May. I occasionally fish the sam marcos,
would be glad to snorkle with you if and when.
