That Pet Place isn't entirely web based. They have a store in Pennsylvania and a
large detailed printed catalog. I always do business with them with the catalog
over the phone and always talk to a real live person and never a machine. Normally
it is pretty quick but it has been know to take up to 7 or 8 days for me to get
stuff, and I have found it to be consistently cheaper than Pet warehouse as well.
