Many years ago at a TF wholesaler We filled orders
from a tank of small electric cats . We used long wood
handled nets . Idea was to find dry wood handle and
never grab bottom of net with hand . Also tap on glass
and swish net across surface of water . Cats would
discharge and have less zap left for you . We never
told new guys . Just made sure they ended up filling
electric cat orders . Tank of little ones going off
could give you a buzz . Especialy when working on
totaly wet floors and wet shoes .One of oldtimmers had
to fill electric eel order with large wood handle net
. As he lifted it out eel slipped up and out of net
landing in puddle on floor guy was standing in . Did a
fascinating dance .
