NANFA-- shipping lately

Has anyone but me noticed a big delay lately in priority mail? Last time
I shipped fish it took 7 days to NY, after that long the heat packs
didn't make any difference and they were all dead. The last 4
glass/china items I've had shipped to me from ebay auctions all but one
has taken between 5 and 7 days. And I had a package of fish and stuff
shipped to me on Wednesday of last week that still hasn't arrived and
this is day 6. That's 6 items in the last couple months, and all but one
of them has taken more than the standard 2-3 days for priority mail.
I've hardly ever had priority mail get delayed in the past, now I'm
wondering if it's any good for shipping fish at all. Has anyone else had
these problems lately? Seems funny that as soon as the rates go up the
service plummets.
