Thank you sorin for the lovely description of the
fontinalis. As promised though a little late I have
listed the url for the pic of the xmas moss I
collected in a spring run near the Georgia Tennessee
border. Its a wonderful looking plant and most
probably is Fontinalis antipyretica. I can send you
some or when one of my German friends visits I can
send some home with them. Email me off list at
sege7_2000_at_yahoo.com and we can set things up. If all
you want is a dried piece then that will be easy to
supply.
