Drop a few large pike or similarily voracious native fish in his ponds and
your problems should be solved. Some idiot in Osaka had released his Tilapia
zilli in the old palace moat. They soon crowded out the native koi, minnows
and gobies. Later that same year there was a large gar pike spotted in the
moat and a census taken that fall found few to little tilapia and one large
fat gar.
