Below is a message from Mike Thennet in Virginia, who explains he can't post
to the NANFA list for some unknown reason.

--- begin Mike's message ---

Currently, I am working with Charlie in order to develop one of his awesome
native fish displays which will be used during an upcoming presentation,
this May, to the local Audubon Naturalist Society, on how to do field fish
ID, basic understanding of taxonomy of local fishes (say the families, some
major genera, and a few common, easily idenitified species), and some
information on life cycles and behaviors (espeicially those things that are
observable in the field).

I will provide Chris a write up after the event. I still owe him one from
last May's workshop with the Friends of Four Mile Run. Sorry Chris.

I am a big believer in using video, providing local regulations and giving
sampling demonstrations with or without a creek. Charlie's display will
definitely add to the show, especially when video equipment or a creek is
unavailable. Charlie is providing our reg reps with a great oppurtunity
which I highly recommend be pursued.

Thanks Charlie,

Mike
