The Orangethroats I collected at last summers convention started spawning. I pulled a pair out of my cold room the first week of Jan. where they had been kept at 45 degrees and 8 hours of light. I brought them out in 10 gallons of water it warmed to about 65 in a day. I added 3 hours of light every week untill the level reached 17 hours. Last night I picked 33 eggs out of the gravel. I believe they will hatch in 7 to 10 days with the basement temps at 65.
