Thanks Jeremy, I grew up hearing about catfish big enough to swallow divers
hanging around locks and dams when I was a kid and I wonder if there was any
truth to these stories. I have a pet flat head who eats like a horse, does
anyone know how fast these fish grow? I've seen tropical red tail catfish kept as
pets in large tanks alone and they were very large but no weight was given.
Records say these cats get to be 90 lb. plus. I think the flat head is a very
pretty fish and it has lots of personality as well but I want to know how fast it
should be growing. I am just full of questions today!
