Is there any talk of legal action against the
knuckleheads who caused this?

I think that is a given. The State has even nailed the city of Indianapolis
and others with fines for fish kills. This is by far the worst one I am
familiar with.

On the news the other evening, the main suspect held a press conference and
stated it was not them. If it turns out to be them, I hope they double the
fines.
