Chuck,

Although I don't eat turtle soup, I know of a place in Louisville, KY not
too far from you that had a city-wide reputation for their turtle soup.
They could probably porvide you with a recipe. The name of the place is
ButcherTown Pub. I don't know their phone number, but it's a 502 area code
if you care to check information.
