Well, I am guessing that you refer to the Phillips "daylight" bulb,
which has a relatively high CRI but is not a full-spectrum bulb. I
would spring for the "sunlight" bulb, which although more expensive
than the Phillips offering is considerably cheaper than similar
products offered for aquaria through specialty outlets.
