For anyone interested in wetlands in general and in Texas specifically, a new
publication has been put online. While the authors strangely seemed to ignore
the fish component of wetlands, there is a lot of interesting information
available.

> The Texas Coastal Wetlands Guidebook, developed by John Jacob of
> TWRI, Texas Cooperative Extension, and Texas Sea Grant, is now on
> line at http://www.texaswetlands.org/introduction.htm
>
> Sections of this valuable resource describe wetland types and
> wetlands sites throughout Texas. References, an appendix, and lots of
> color photos are also found there.
>
> BTW, this project was developed in coordination with Texas Parks and
> Wildlife and many other agencies.
