I had said that by working with the appropriate agencies through
volunteering and demonstrating to them your noble aspirations... That one
could quickly realize selfish goals to work with imperiled organisms in an
unselfish manner, and within the constructs of the system where
accountability was the rule, not just an ideal.

Is that what you were thinking of?
