Here is one of our designs with suggestion on construction and use:

It refers to larval fish, but also catches juveniles and small adults.

Subject: NANFA-- RE: Topminnow trap
Hi all,
Does anyone remember the construction details of a rectangular, partially
submerged trap designed with Fundulus species in mind, and maybe baited with
a
luminous lite-stick? Does anyone have an idea as to the shape and frequency
of
the entry funnels if one should desire to build such a "sampling device" ?
Thanks!
