<< I honestly don't know if it could have an effect or not. I would imagine
that speaking to a physics professor could yeild some intelligent theories.
It would have to do with the partial pressure of the atmosphere and its
effects on water. (I must have been sleeping that day or maybe I was
watching that cute cheerleader...what was her name?)
