I'm pretty sure that 1991 is _the_ edition of the book. As a field guide it
is certainly still useful. Some changes aren't reflected in it, like
recognizing _Lythrurus fasciolaris_ as a separate species from _L. ardens_
(rosefin shiner) or _Fundulus kansae_ as distinct from _F. zebrinus_. But
that's splitting scales for most purposes...

Now that Larry Page is retiring, can we pester him to work on an updated
version? And he'll also have to come out with an updated "Handbook of
Darters", too!
