pound of worms, kept in shallow containers takes up a lot of space in the
family refrig. The worms should just be covered with water. One ofthe next
projects, a small campus refrig. bought up at the end of the college school
year to be placed in the fishroom.)

I keep my black worms without refrigeration. I use a 48" blue plastic kiddie
wading pool. It is filled with water and aerated with a single airstone, I
keep it in my garage. I put one pound a month in the pool and they spread out
across the bottom. Sometimes I have to stir them up but they do well and my
fish love them.
