True enough, but if someone wanted to take something they weren't supposed
to, wouldn't it be more wise to do it somewhere where lots of boats and
shore fisherman aren't? Anyone could be a warden or someone who will call
1-800-TIP-WDNR and let them know. That tells me there must be something else
behind this regulation.
