I didn't check around the Harpeth at all. I just saw that high mud-choked
river and decided to leave.
It sounds like there are a lot of great hidden spots around the Buffalo and
Duck Rivers. Dave Neely sent me a reply stating that the Blotchside
Logperch from Rockhouse Creek is a new record and that my Ashy Darter
sighting in the Little River is the first one in several years. I guess I
just need to move down there so I can explore more. I've just got it too
good on my job now with the hours, vacation, and half-way decent pay to
leave, but who knows.
Sounds like you're going to have a good time in Arkansas.
Take care,
Mark
