I received mine a few days ago. I haven't devoted the time to it that it
deserves yet, but I did put it in my car yesterday to allow me to read it on
my lunch hours. I am certain it will prove to be as fine an issue as all
the previous ones you have produced. I can not tell you if I am a recipient
of an issue mailed bulk rate or first class, although I would imagine that
the former is the case.
