For us in the Jersey suburbs of Philly it has been a fiasco.

The original forecast on Sat called for NJ to take the brunt of the storm,
24+" of snow. Sunday, that target moved North and West of Philly. This
morning it moved NE from the Poconos to the western corner of CT. Now it's
from Albany to Portland.
