RE: NANFA-- Can you identify these fishes?

No, they are from William Roston from Missouri. He takes all his photos in
the wild and is maybe the most accomplished fish photographer in North
America. So, any help with the identifications? What's throwing me off is
the lack of black margin on the caudal fin of the madtom and the tubercle
pattern on the stoneroller. Other than that (or I should say, in spite of
that) I think they're the checkered madtom Noturus flavatar and northern
stoneroller Campostoma anomalum.
